Both my wife and I are dropping audio during calls as well as not being able to send texts or images through text while connected to WiFi. My wife has already received a new phone to attempt to resolve the issue, however the new phone does the same thing. We both have WiFi calling enabled and our WiFi is solid going back to the gateway and out. We are starting to get really annoyed at this point and need to figure out how to fix this without constantly getting "new" phones to attempt to fix this issue. If we are connected to my home WiFi we should not be having these issues.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G and she has the Samsung Galaxy S21. These are new phones. I have also noticed when out and about when connected to 5G, my phone becomes basically a paperweight and I have no data what so ever. Only when 4G LTE kicks in when data starts to become reliable again.
Why am I paying for 5G service and there is no actual service when connected to 5G?
