I just got my Samsung Galaxy phone and set up my POP 3 mail but have not figured out how to set up my exchange mail from the server at work. Yes, I am a newbie who traded in a BB for this great phone! Thanks in advance.
Do you know the server name and credentials? Get that from your IT department. They may also need to authorize your device
Yes I know the secure site domain address but don't know where to enter the
info we are a small company and our IT guy does not use a smart phone.
Settings,accounts, add account, corporate account. enter your company email address and password. you should prompted for the rest.
