***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. ED04/Froyo update issues

After reading about the fix for missed incoming calls, I checked System Updates with the intention of downloading ED04. Instead I received a message that an update was available but it was the massive 2.2 Froyo update, not the smaller ED04. Because I was unable to update to Froyo OTA (kept getting the update server unavailable error message), an employee at the local Verizon store pushed it directly to my phone. I'm guessing that means it somehow hasn't registered with the Verizon server and I'm being directed to download it again. No way I want to go that route. Any suggestions about how to correct this?
