ERROR MESSAGES

so i jst bought my Fascinate and i was so excited to get home and play with it and i've been getting "sorry, blah blah blah blah android.media blah blah blah" ... the point is that i cant even get it to go away!!! when i click force close the screen goes black and then it loads back up with the same message!!! uggghhh idk what to do at this point because i want to activate it but im afarid that i'll have a hard time getting it to work properly... should i just take it into tech support or what??
