My husband's and my Android Galaxy S9 phones (Android 10, G960USQU9FVB2) puts us into endless do-loops requesting new password, responding to notifications, and creating new password with the Verizon App. Our accounts work fine on a computer - we can login and reset passwords without problem. I'm wondering whether the Verizon App has been updated so that it no longer works with the Galaxy S9. Maybe an older version would work? Our phones say they are updated to the latest version (even though it is now 13, which doesn't run on an S9).
BTW - Verizon sells an S9 on its website, so the phone is capable of functioning on the Verizon App.
I spoke with two Verizon service reps (not tech support) and spent an hour in a Verizon company store (not the recognized Verizon dealer).
Nhinman406, we understand the importance of having access to your My Verizon account. To clarify, is the My Verizon app up to date on your device? Are you having issues with any other apps. Finally, are you receiving any specific error messages?
