Enforcing STIR/SHAKER

Is there either a way to ensure I am only receiving calls from another carrier who uses STIR/SHAKER or a carrier that actually enforces it?

I am getting 80-100 spoofed calls A DAY and caller ID based filtering is useless. Alternatively I need to just block India altogether which is clearly the source of all of them. They have made the whole telephone system useless by allowing this  to go on.

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, we confirmed the capabilities and features of our Call Filter app, and how it can block spam calls. If anyone else is having issues with spam calls, we recommend making us of our Call Filter service: https://www.verizon.com/support/call-filter-faqs/

Additionally, depending on your make and model of phone, the manufacturer might have some options to reduce spam calls. iOS has the ‘Silence Unknown Callers’ feature. Which only allows calls from your contact list to come through, all others get sent to voicemail. You can learn more about that here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/111106

If you're an Android user, they also have some features which can help block spam calls. This Google Support Page outlines them here: https://support.google.com/phoneapp/answer/3459196?hl=en
