Error when charging

Phone won't take a charge since August 3 2017 update.  Shows an error.  I use the same charger as always. Could only charge in the car or on pc until this morning. Now it won't charge anywhere

It's concerning to hear that your mobile device is experiencing issues with charging, Tritha417. At this time, we would recommend testing the device by going into a nearby store location. From there, they can test the device with different chargers to review if the issue is with the device's software or with the charging port of the device.
