Going to Paris and Northern Europe. Can I use my android phone with wifi? If so will I be charged by Verizon when on the wifi?
Will the same answer apply with my Ipad?
Hello curious12! Yes, you can use your devices on local WiFi networks without seeing roaming charges appear on your Verizon Wireless billing. It's a great way to keep in touch with folks back him and keep costs down at the same time! I do recommend caution with using WiFi services, however. Remember that you're using an unsecure network in most cases. Make sure that you're not accessing sites such as your online bank or anything that requires you to input a password. Have a safe trip!
