Every time I bring my GS5 to my ear to listen to a voicemail, the voicemail stops playing and the screen locks.

I disabled all motions and gestures, yet this is still happening. Extremely frustrating as I don't want to have to listen to all my voicemails on speaker, nor do I have headphones always ready. Any help on how to stop this would be greatly appreciated.

aleksandre, Let's make sure you can listen to your voicemails in the way you prefer. Do you have visual voicemail set up on your phone? Are you playing the messages on your phone screen or by dialing into your voicemail system with *86? Please share more details so we can help.
