Exchange a device at a Authorized retailer

I have a question in mind to ask you regarding exchanging a phone device at a Russell Cellular Wireless location right, is this true that when you get a phone from one of those type of locations as a Authorized Retailer place that you have to wait 30 days before you can exchange it for a different one if you decide that you want a different one if I don't wanna keep the one that I currently have, cause I tried to exchange mine one day this past week at the one I got it from as I ordered it online as a new line of the promotion that it has on it right and the woman that I talked to at a different location and she sure said that I have to wait 30 days before I can exchange it if I wish to exchange it. I done had it since March 26th on a Sunday. I even went to the corporate store to see if I could do it there but I couldn't as those are 2 different cellular phone places right and the guy said to tell them plain and simple that I wanna exchange it as I tried to. I even told that person at the location of what I wanted and she gonna had the need to say we don't have what you want. I said about 3 to 4 different devices to see if they was in stocks and she said no. I did not even believe her. I hate that I got the phone from that location to begin with. I know not to never ever get it from no Authorized retailer anymore. From now on from a Company Corporate store only or from online and have it shipped to me or to pick up at a Corporate store one. Fed up with that woman who did not wanna be nice to me at the Authorized retailer location. I wanna hear from somebody on here to see what you have to say when it comes to exchanging a device at a Authorized retailer store

Man yall have some no good people as they say gonna send me the return label kit and everything to send back the cellphone I have but it been turning out to be lie lie lie, I even been verifying my dang address to them as they ask me to and you mean to tell me that they have not sent the 1st dang return label to me at all, it's been 2 to 3 weeks that I dang been requesting that dang return label and all and those agents lying to me that they gonna send me the return label and it hasn't reached me yet at all, why am I dealing with this mess of these no good agents by lying to me and not telling the truth at all. And this dang upcoming Tuesday will make 30 days of having the phone device 😒 🙄 😑. The dang store I did the in store pickup act like they did not wanna let me do a return in it since I did not sign the agreement of it in store as I placed the order online and picked it up in the store though last month on March 25th I placed the order and then picked it up the next day on the 26th of March. I hate that I even chosen to pick it up at a non Verizon owned Authorized Retailer store when should have did it for a corporate store. Why why why did I do that

I hate that I even went to that no good authorized retailer and picked up the phone when I ordered it online in 1st place when I should've not done that, a authorized retailer store is not the option for me to go and pick up a phone when selecting a store to pick up a phone, from now on, only an corporate store is my only go to, ok

Hello there I wanna say that I finally got a return label today in the mailbox so that I can send back the phone device that I have on my account and I have an extension on there so that it gives me time to still be able to send it back to the warehouse, now that I have it, I wanna get help to get another return label for a different product on my account and it is the Otterbox Defender Pro phone case cover with the holster clip that attaches to the phone device that I am returning. I wanna make sure that yall see it noted on my account that I am returning the phone device that it on my account.
