Fascinate SD card problems

I used my phone early this morning and it was fine. When I went into my apps this afternoon all of my apps that were on my SD card are gone. My phone is telling me that I do not have a SD card in. Please help! Any suggestions?

I think you can mount and unmount sd card from settings menu

don't have my phone to check But I know I saw it in there

Make sure it is mounted
