If my Screen goes to Idle or I lock it and the goes dark I cannot get it to come back on without taking the battery out of my phone does anyone know what I am doing wrong or do I need to take the phone back?
Yeah I tried it but the quick buttons on the bottom light up but the actual screen stays dark
My husband is having a similar problem. They told us to bring it in and if they couldn't figure it out they would give him a new phone - we just purchases Sat.
