Fascinate trouble the last couple months

My Fascinate has been giving me trouble the last couple months, It doesnt ring all the time and will just say I missed a call. When I ask the caller if it rang on there end they say it does and then goes to voice mail. It will also just lock up sometimes and I'll have to remove the battery to get it to start back up. I use this phone as my primary bussiness phone. Missing one call can cost me hundreds!

We're happy to give you some troubleshooting steps to get your phone fixed up! It's important to receive all of your calls, especially when it is for work purposes. Do you miss your calls when you're in any particular area, or does this seem to happen no matter where you are? If this happens in more than a 10 mile radius, it is usually device related. You have already done the first troubleshooting step, which is pulling the battery out. I would recommend doing a hard reset on the phone to combat the freezing and missed call issue. Your information can be backed up to Gmail. Please make sure that you do not load all of your applications back on the phone at once. If you load one a day, we can see if an application is causing the problem. I have provided a link with the master reset steps.
