My wireless fast charger charges VERY slowly.
I have reset the phone to factory settings.
I have removed all apps.
The phone takes 4+ hours to charge.
The fast wireless option doesn't appear in the battery menu.
Please help.
Are you sure the charger is really a fast charger? Some aftermarket chargers are sold as fast charges, but they aren't. The fast cable charging on/off setting is the third one on the battery setting screen.
Yes. I'm using the fast charging plug that came with my phone. I'm using a fast wireless charger. The menu item for fast wireless charging doesn't appear anymore. It worked recently with the same equipment.
