There is an ongoing big discussion on Samsung S22s losing internet connection which I came across a fix for and posted in that thread. But with the current forum architecture making what amounts to sub-threads within a thread, it got "buried" there. So as a PSA, here's my post in a separate thread for those who are having the problem of their S22 repeatedly losing network connection on and off or otherwise not having cellular connection at all (only works on Wi-Fi). Special thanks to Snafu516 for posting this fix elsewhere.
The connectivity issue is a hardware problem. The flex antenna and charging port board need replacing. See also a discussion on Reddit:

It's cheaper than buying a new phone. If you're really adventurous, the parts are pretty cheap and I think there's a YouTube video for how to replace at least one of these items yourself. If you are not a techie, I am otherwise not responsible for phones accidentally being destroyed or made worse...
