Last week I traded in my Samsung Galaxy S22. at the Verizon store in Coconut Creek. I forgot to reset the phone. The phone is not locked either. I am concerned that all my information and contacts etc are now discoverable. The phone is broken and does not connect but the information is still on it. I was so happy to have a phone that wasn't broken that after I transferred the data, I forgot to reset it. Is there anything I can do to get it back?

I know how important it is to protect your personal data that may still be on your device, solipsism2. We are here to help. To answer your initial question, once we receive a device, there is no way we can return it to you. However, that doesn't leave us without options. You can follow the steps under Wipe My Device here to remotely erase the data on the phone: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/what-is-find-my-mobile-and-how-can-i-use-it-to-loc...
Let me know if this helps.
