Forward facing camera.

I just got the phone and I can see the camera.  I was told to download the tango app which did nothing.  My friend's Samsung has an icon that switches the camera to front facing, mine is missing.  How do I fix?

yup.  Other than the Epic 4G, none of the other US variations of the Galaxy S have one.

How can his phone do it then?  It's clearly the same phone.  He has an icon and everything.  Is his phone not a US phone?  I remember him buying it.  He did not go anywhere other than the local Verizon store.  So if not a camera what is the small circle on the front of the phone on the upper left hand corner.  The same thing his phone has.

Thats a light sensor so when phone is up to your ear it turns off screen to save battery life

yeah, what you're seeing on the top left are the light and proximity sensors. Not a FFC.
