Froyo or Gingerbread Update

 Has anyone gotten the  Froyo 2.2 or the Gingerbread 2.3 Software update??????????? I have a Fascinate and can't wait :smileyhappy:

Cast, use thee search feature of this forum. There are only about twenty different threads about froyo and its release.

There is no update to either of those for the Fascinate.  Some Galaxy S phones in Europe and Canada have started to get Froyo, but Samsung is notoriously bad at getting updates out in a timely fashion, and Verizon will still have to work their Bing magic on it.  The source code for Gingerbread isn't even out yet so, unless manufacturers get it before hand, they haven't even started working on that yet.  (Although, the Nexus S is basically a Galaxy S phone without TouchWiz, so they may have gotten a jump on it.)
