Do you have to have a Google Account in order to use the GPS function? Also, how do I log off my Google Account

touch the 3 dots or bars in upper right or left corner & choose logout.

is gps not working, it sounds like you are logged in.

I want you to be able to use the GPS function, Deltabreeze. You can still use the GPS function without having a Google account. Here are the steps to remove the Gmail account. https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-211052/
