Since the last update two days ago, my phone calls are coming in and going straight to voicemail. I don't know if I've had a call unless I see it pop up or get a voicemail. Calls from my home phone do not do this, but all others do. I have been through troubleshooting twice and reset network connections. My phone is not on do not disturb.

I would be concerned too if I was unaware of incoming calls, MaryVid. I am sorry to hear this is happening. Let's work together and find a resolution. You mentioned that calls from your home phone do not do this. To clarify, if you call your cell phone via your home phone, your cell phone does receive the call? My main question is if this problem is happening on all calls or is it intermittent? Are any other Verizon devices near you also having the same issue?
