I don't use WiFi frequently (4G is faster) however now when I turn WiFi on, the phone gets stuck turning on. Screen says "WiFi tuning on" indefinably. Settings say there is no MAC. If I reboot WiFi turns on upon restart. Any one else have this problem.
Jevans73, thank you for sharing your concern with your device. Does this issue happened everytime you connect to WiFi? Have you tried with more than one WiFi location? Please clear cache from Settings by going to Settings, Apps, All, Settings, Force close, then clear cache. Reboot. If the issue is still occuring, boot your phone info safe mode http://bit.ly/UO5Lff to tell if a third party app may be causing the issue. If no change in safe mode, a factory reset http://bit.ly/PvRocL will be needed. This will erase all data on the phone and reset to default settings.
