According to the market, it is compatible with the Galaxy Nexus (at least it shows up for me to download)

Contact Mark/Space directly to make sure that it will work.

I just got a response from mark/space who said they were working on an update for Android 4.0 and it should be available very soon.

according to several reviews the closest competitor of missing sync is syncmate, their website states that syncmate is compatible with android 4. HTH

exactly what are you trying to sync over?

Are you trying to just be able to connect your Nexus to OSX?

Here is the link for Googles File Helper.

The reason why you are having trouble has kinda nothing to do with 4.0.  It has more to do not having a external card, and the use of UMS.  Galaxy Nexus, as well as a lot of Honeycomb Tablets uses MTP which actually get's rid of a lot of bugs when storage gets unmounted(ringtones changing, icons poofing, apps not working correct when card gets remounted).
