If I check Block all spam calls, my landline phone calling my mobile goes to voicemail. If I check only Block high risk it goes properly to the phone as a phone call. I want to be able to block all spam calls but obviously not my home phone. My landline phone number is of course in my contacts list.
Any suggestions?

Hello, caltroon, it's definitely important for your landline calls to come through to your cell phone. How are you blocking spam calls? Are you using the Verizon Call Filter app?

I'm using the phone app that comes with the phone. It has a built in spam blocker. When you go to caller ID an spam protection you can choose block spam calls and then block all spam calls or only block high-risk spam calls. If I choose block all spam calls it blocks my home landline. I have reached out to Hiya but have not gotten a response yet, This just started a couple of days ago.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Have you checked on the application to see if you can add safe numbers to the application to avoid blocking your home number?

Thank you for that information. When you call from your landline, do you get any message when the call doesn't go through to your mobile device? ~Peter
