Galaxy S20 FE 5G Chrome wont sync BOOKMARKS

I have a Samsung S20 FE 5G, with Andriod 13, and OneUI 5.1.  In this instance, I created a new folder,  then I logged into Chrome on my computer,  and noticed the folder didn't sync.

On each device, I cleared the cache, history, disabled sync, logged out, powered down, etc. I see the "good to go" message when it syncs, and the  sync status is up to date. I went into the Google takeout, and exported a copy of the bookmarks from both the phone and computer...the bookmarks are identical,  but the bookmarks aren't synchedfrom the phone, just from the computer.  The user name,  and email is the same, never been changed.

The phone was updated to Android 13 and OneUI 5.1 within the past month or so.
I suspect the latest Android update isn't allowing the bookmarks to synchronize.

Is there something that I am missing?

I opened a case with the Samsung community to see if there is a response.

Any help or suggestions is most appreciated. Thank you.

The software developers of GOOGLE CHROME for ANDROID    set a limit of  20,000 bookmarks. More than the 20,000 bookmarks won't be synchronized.

Trouble resolved!
