Galaxy S23 Ultra no Internet when on 5G UW mode

There is a similar thread but the solution isnt really a solution. Its a work around. My phone just started picking up 5gUW at my home and both me and my wife's s20 gets NO internet at all. I just went somewhere and as soon as we are away from a 5guw signal we get internet throughput again. I should not have to install an app to select LTE while at home. VERIZON can you hear us now?

I'm trying to find a solution to not having internet at my job after the update in November. I have spent over 10.5 hrs a day on the phone with Verizon techs and on the phone with them until 2 am on occasion for months. No one has been able to help and they refuse to let me out of my contract or let me purchase another phone and return the one that NO LONGER WORKS ON THEIR NETWORK. They say that it was my choice to buy the S23 Ultra. When I bought it, it worked on their network. I didn't ask them to change their service. If a phone isn't getting the service that you are paying for any longer, why does Verizon not feel the need to make this right? I am currently and successfully getting everyone that I know to choose a different carrier. After the experience that I have had, I will spend the rest of my life letting people know how terrible Verizon's service and their customer service is . This has been going on since November. I've been lied to straight to my face and there is NO WAY to complain or them accountable.
