Hi,
I have Galaxy S3 (LTE). I do not use it anymore but my friend needs to use in Camoroon. As I know, it is unlocked, according to Verizon Device Unlocking Policies, 'We do not lock our 4G LTE devices, and no code is needed to program them for use with another carrier.'
Device Unlocking Policies | About Verizon
Can it be used in Cameroon with local carrier there?
Thank you.,

No The phone wasn't global ready and doesn't have the radio frequencies needed to work overseas. https://m.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_s_iii_cdma-4799.php
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I would be equally curious if you can use the devcie Dongrami. Ann154 is correct in saying that it is not global ready but you can use the device and its features if you connect to WiFi. Does that make sense?
