Recently my Galaxy S8+ stopped charging with both wired and wireless charging. During my troubleshooting I was able to get the phone to the recovery menu where I wiped cache partition which did not work. I was then able to do a factory data reset. After the factory reset the phone will start and go to the first welcome screen and shutdown. I am able to see that the phone looks to be charging but never does. I can also tell the battery indicator is at 0%. The phone recovery menu always seems to work. Any ideas what can be done to fix the issue? When I push the power button the indicator light is blinking blue.
Thanks
