Galaxy Watch 6 Classic tap and hold watch face to edit still not working

Hello, I still have this ongoing problem with my Galaxy Watch 6 Classic 47mm, tapping and holding the watch face tile is still not working, it will soon be one month with this issue. I am on a Verizon network so I cannot factory reset which can mess up with the LTE settings, I really hope a future software update can fix this.

I can only use the app to change watch faces not not on the watch itself, any upcoming software update to fix it?

To just make sure I understand the problem, you've been unable to customize the watch, using the watch itself? As outlined in the 'Customize watch faces on Wear OS Galaxy watch models' and the area subtiled, 'Customize using the watch?' https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00080308/ 

I did check and see the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic's last software update was on 11/17/03, just to check you're on that most recent update?

Yes, I am on the most recent update, will there be a new update coming anytime soon? Samsung Watches get quarterly updates so, I there will be an update this month or February I'm sure, hopefully soon.

That's good to hear. We are not notified of software updates in advance as those will come directly from Samsung. Do you recall any changes just before this issue started? Was there a software update for instance?

The last update was in November, and there haven't been a new update since then, as wearable get quarterly updates (every 2 to 3 months)
