Galaxy watch 46mm not counting steps or heartbeat.

My Galaxy watch stopped counting my steps and heart beat. tried getting latest samsung health app on my phone and watch, turning off bluetooth then connecting back and turning off watch . nothing. anybody know how to get them going again?
