I just bought my S10 a couple of days ago, and for the last day my network data has been running at 3G, why is this? I have an unlimited plan. I had a Google Pixel 2Xl before this phone and I never had this issue .
I'm having the same issue! I'm paying for 5g but I'm getting 3g?!
unlimted is a data plan & no guarantee of fast connect speeds.
fast connect speeds on the network is a joke...5-12mbps is about the best you'll see. check it here!
BradG1987, we want you to be enjoying that great new phone. Allow us the opportunity to get to the bottom of this. Are you experiencing any issue with calls or text messages? Is this a new line of service with us that you brought over from another carrier or is this a line that you previously had with us?
