Getting Photos off of Broken Phone

I own a Samsung Galaxy s21 that broke from an impact on the back of the phone. The front didnt crack at all, only the back, but now the front screen doesn't work. However, the phones alarms still go off at exactly the correct times of day, and the phone vibrates when turned on or off. I have attempted to plug it into my new phone to transfer data, but it never recognized the device. I have also attempted a USB transfer to my laptop, which showed the device as being plugged in but did not give any prompts for what could be done with the device. Would Verizon be able to remove the photos themselves if it is brought in?

Hey 19stevem71, I know I would be heartbroken if I had lost access to many of my memories in my phone through my photos as well. Typically, you can only restore content that was previously backed up.

There is an option that exists now, but is not always available, as Verizon Mobile Protect now offers a data recovery option. You can learn more under "Data Recovery benefit" here: https://www.verizon.com/support/verizon-mobile-protect-faqs/

I hope that this information is helpful.
