I am having the same issue with video calls that many others have posted about. I have a new S23 Ultra unlocked phone and am very disappointed in Verizon limitation of video calls. After 15 years of being a Verizon customer, this is enough of an issue that I will move to another carrier (and likely save money). I will ask, is there a solution to this problem? Or do I just need to change carriers?
