Help please! I keep getting Error Code:Othr.Lst. when trying to text just one person? They are on a different network. It literally worked about 8 hours ago, but doesn't work now. What does the error code mean?

I am using the standard "Messages" app that comes on the phone. I am unable to call or text this one number.. Every text message I try to send, gives the same error code.
This is very helpful information, Laceyann09. If you are only have trouble with one number for calls and text, it may indicate that you are blocked from reaching that number. Have you spoken with the owner of that number to see if they are having any trouble? What error message do you receive when you call the number?

When I call the number i ri gs multiple times before going to voicemail.
