Google Navigation (deleting destinations)

Can anyone tell me how to delete the  Recent Destinations list on Google Navigation.

I have a long list that  I would like to get rid of .  Thanks Gabby

In maps, you can hit menu>more>help and it takes you to their support page. If you choose clear map data and history, it takes you here: http://www.google.com/support/mobile/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=184193
