I heard back in May 2013 that Google Play Store had an update (version 4.1.10), but mine stayed at 4.1.6 until I noticed that something was different this morning. I checked the version and I have 4.3.10. It seems to have the same layout as 4.1.6. The only noticeable difference is that after updating apps it will show the "Recently updated" apps followed by the "Up to date" apps.
