Okay wait.
Let me get this straight.
Yesterday I see that if i run kies I can get the kitkat update.
Today I do this and NO UPDATE.
Then I come here and see that the update broke visual voicemail.
i have to assume then that you (verizon) pulled the update because you could not sell your $3/month service.
You are, without a doubt one of the most EVIL companies I have ever dealt with.
I get my visual voicemail FOR FREE via google voice, yet I get to miss out on software that you should provide to my phone... if this is the case, this is truly the last straw and come august you can kiss my money goodbye when my contract ends.

Did you read what you posted? Doubtful!
Verizon puts out updates from the device maker, they don't make their own updates. And Google is the Operating System Lord here and again not Verizon Wireless. Think!
Half the people here are crying "where is my Kit Kat, I want my kit kat, give me kit kat now" (Or some other foolish update)
The other half that received it are here crying " My camera stopped working, my icons look strange, my sound does not work, my display won't turn on,my battery dies quickly, I cannot get 4G or some other reason"
Then blame Verizon Wireless both ways. It is not Verizon Wireless at fault. Take the matter up with the maker of the device or Google.
Good Luck on your new provider. They all are having the same issues.
