Headphone Jax no sound when I use earbuds

When I plug in the earbuds that came with my Samsung Galaxy S5, there is no sound?

What about if you use other headphones/earbuds? Do they work? If they do not and the volume is high and music is in the correct format, you might have a hardware issue.

Try to use compressed air to clean out the port. Otherwise, you might have a broken jack internally. You might still have the manufacturer's one year warranty or extended warranty with Verizon.
