My Fascinate just froze up for the first time... won't turn off, won't "unlock", none of the buttons on the bottom will work. What's up? Does anyone know how to solve this? The screen lights are on but nothing responds. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
You can try removing the battery....wait a few seconds....put battery back in...turn on phone.
