Purchase device on october and its still under warranty period and also has mobile protection plan coverage.
Having malfunction issue on s23 ultra and in order to resolve made Several attempts to speak with tons of representatives for several hours to get replacement device.
None of representatives able to help ne to get replacement device. And continue to transfer call from one department to another.
Helpless at this moment. And need some support from verizon customer team to escalate this issue and help to get working device.

Thanks for reaching out Ppurav34 about your experience. A non-functioning charging port can cause us headaches. And you are correct, any new phone does carry a one year warranty from the manufacturer for the original purchaser. Please tell us more about when this started and what happens when connecting to the charger cable. Is there any damage or corrosion seen in the charging port or physical damage to the phone? Does the phone charge when connected to wireless charging?

Did they ever get you taken care of? I have the exact same issue with the exact same phone. I've also spent hours and hours talking with people who all contradicted each other or flat out lied. This started when my phone was still under warranty. Almost a year later and I've given up on them helping me with this problem. I can't waste any more of my time dealing with it anyway.
