Help please. bought the phone Samsung Galaxy S Fascinate SCH-I500 - Black (Verizon) in online store.  The seller said that MEID is clean. Geographically, I'm in the country Georgia. Connect phone to the network fails, the operator said that ESN is busy, the phone is tied to another operator. Is it possible to somehow help me?

English is not my native language, I'm sorry for the mistakes

The Samsung Fascinate is a CDMA 3G Smartphone. It is not a global ready device. The phone will not work on another carrier. It will not work on any GSM carrier.
