Home, Menu, back and Search will not work

I've had this problem before but I waited it out and it started working again 2 hours later. But this time it happened when it was charging, it has been over 5 hours and the buttons will not function or light up. I have done everything that I had done last time with no luck. Has anyone been able to figure out how to get the touch buttons to function again? Thanks

Hello ak09,

 

I understand the need of having a working device at all times. It appears that your device description was not completed and I am unable to determine what type of device you have to better assist you. I would recommend to access your settings by going to My Settings > My Personal information > Add device > Save. This will appear below your avatar so when you post an inquiry, we can know which device you have. 

 

Please advise which device you have so that I can better assist you.
