I have no access to getting this resolved that not even the store could assist me. What can I do to get this fixed asap! I have important meetings with my childrens school tomorrow and 2 interviews!!! SOMEONE PLZ HELP!
We are unable to bypass the default manufacturer security lock of your device from Verizon's end. I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer or going through with the Factory Reset. - NicholasS_VZW
