Horrible experience

I am so disappointed in Verizon to the point after 20 years of being with them I'm going to T-mobile. My bill is constantly increasing. I went from 289 to 234 but I don't have a cloud so when my phone recently broke none of my apps,pictures,contacts switched over. It's extremely expensive for 2 lines! I pay for an extra mobile Hotspot which I'm fine with but it never works. I can't get normal apps to open on my phone due to poor internet download. But my son with an older phone in the room next to mine has absolutely no problem at all which I pay for two separate mobile Hotspot as to not use each other's bc my kiddo uses his more then I do. Customer service is horrible, they are never able to actually help. Went to get my new phone I was eligible for an upgrade they wanted to sell me another line bringing my bill to a whooping 359 a month but they would give me a free phone and do nothing with my phone that was broken.  Highly do not recommend there service
