I've got a Samsung S7, and recently got the Oreo upgrade. I can't figure out how to arrange/add/move around app icons on my screens. The old way worked pretty well. I've looked for answers, and can't find anything. I don't feel like I can do anything now.

You never want you to feel this way about your phone. It's important you're able to arrange your device and personalize it the way you want to. I can certainly help. bearone21 gave a great suggestion. Have you tried this step yet?
