How do I backup text messages from Message+ to the Verizon Cloud?

Can't find it anywhere on this website - the only thing I can backup are photos/media, contacts, etc.

You make a backup of your texts from within the Messages + app, save the file that's generated.  You can then use the app and that file on another phone or device to restore that backup.

Exactly how do I make a backup of the texts within the messages app.?

Click the 3 dots at the top right corner and then "messages for web_ or?

I have no idea where to backup texts in message + inside my samsung core prime..nothing i see here in these messages tells me how.

then i said I would do survey and I did. and the authentication failed...wow...good software!!!!   not!

We want to make sure that you can back up your messages. Do you currently subscribe to the Verizon Cloud? Please make sure that your have messages selected to be backed up. This way anytime a backup is done, messages are included.

Hi,  please follow the instructions to back up messages from  Message+ to VZ Cloud:

 Open Settings -> Upload Settings, and select 'Messages' as a data class to save. The Cloud app needs to have permission to messages on the device in order to access messages saved on any app.
