How do I reach Executive Relations?

I was called about a deal from David at Executive Relations. And I was supposed to get a new terms email. Nothing came.

On 10/15/25, the Supervisor instructed me to take my bank statements to a Verizon so that they can review and confirm that Verizon did not refund me the $414.90 that was paid in March 2025  to Verizon to my bank sccount.  I have spoken with Verizon rep every month about this issue. Verizon initially said they could not refund my money or credit the amount to my husband’s line so they negotiated with me to give me a 23.05 monthly credit on my bill for the next 18 months whoch would be done in 6 month increments.  That has not happened at all. I have called back every month. Each call I am assured that it would be taken care of. Yesterday I requested to speak to a manager, who refused to give me his last name, said the notes he has indicated Verizon already refunded me the $414.90 back to my bank account. He told me I had to take my bank statements in to a Verizon for them to confirm there was no entry in my bank account for the $414.90.  He assured me once that was done, Verizon would send me a check by mail for the $414.90.

I went to the Verizon in Roanoke Rapids, NC who insisted he couldn’t help me; that I needed to go to a corporate Verizon. I then drove to Rocky Mount, NC to a corporate Verizon and they too tell me they don’t do that; that I need to call customer service. A total runaround. I am 68 and have been a Verizon customer for 22+ years, and this is the service I get?  The Rocky Mount store manager assisted me in getting this info to you.  I am requesting a check for $414.90 asap. This has gone on over 6 months! Listen to the recordings of all of my monthly calls to Verizon and you will learn how each employee at customer svc has basically promised me this would be taken care of one way or the other yet nothing is happening. he indicated there was very minimal info in the reps notes to my account. This is totally unacceptable and unsatisfactory especially to a loyal customer. Please have someone who can give me truthful assistance so I can get my 414.90 back. Thank you

We would love to help Susan we recommend deleting any public message that has your personal information. What was this payment for? Why would we be refunding it? Was this for wireless service or landline?

I have the same issue.  Customer service has not been effective in resolving my issue.

In order to get in touch with Verizon executive relations, you have to FORCE tech support or whomever to create a case number for you, then executive relations will reach out to you via email. And do not be fooled between a CASE number and a TICKET number. Case numbers generally start with a 3 and are 7 digits. GOOD LUCK

I've been trying to execute support for days and have told customer service over and over and they REFUSE to connect me. I was on the phone getting the run around for over an hour for an issue that has been escalating since February 2024. Then conveniently we were disconnected and I was at work so I could not waste another hour or more. 

HELP PLEASE!

It was purchased and activated on March 28, 2025.
Could you please confirm if this device is already unlocked for use with other eSIM carriers?
