How do I stop the pop up help windows? Not ads, these are instructions on how to use the phone. I don’t need or want these and they pop up when I’m trying to use the phone then I need to get rid of them before I can continue using the phone. I have a similar problem in the Message app when I’m trying to text someone and I get a text. I get a pop up on the new text and I need to wait for it to timeout before I can continue using the phone.
It's being too helpful and it’s annoying.

We always want to make sure that you're able to use your device the way you want, EngineerGuy2. We'd be happy to shed some light on your concerns. What is the make and model of your device? To clarify, these are tutorial pop-ups from the manufacturer of the device, is that correct? If so, when did these pop-ups start appearing?

I had a Moto Z Droid for many years with several accessories then the battery died. The Verizon guy told me I had the extended warranty and he could just swap it for a Moto Z4 so I did. That’s when this started. I’ll try to use it and I get this popup covering half the screen telling me I should try using voice instruction to take a selfie which I really don’t care about but I can’t use the phone till I get rid of this popup. These happen at random times.
The problem with the Message app is different. If I’m trying to enter a text message and there are several other people texting me when a text arrives, I get this notification that freezes the app and I can’t enter text till the notification times out. If there are several people texting me I can’t get anything done. I just sit there waiting for the notifications to timeout.
In a related issue, when my wife is trying to delete a text that’s open in the Message app, she taps the three dots, selects Delete from the drop down and then needs to tap All and Trash but she taps All nothing happens. She keeps tapping and trying to hit the sweet spot over and over till Maybe it’s selected then she needs to do the same thing with the Trash Can. Is there a way to make the All and Trash bigger so they’re easier to hit? I also wonder if there may be an issue with skin moisture on the capacitive touch screen making some peoples touch harder to detect. Making the buttons bigger might help.
