How do I watch a video attached to a text on Fascinate?

video taken on another phone and sent as a txt attachment

 

The text shows a subject line, and says "Message size 30 KB"

next to the subject line it says "Downloading" - and has said "downloading" for some 4 hours.

I can see no attachment, but my daughter's Samsung Rogue plays the same exact  video right from incoming text, as does my husband's LG ENV Touch.

 

So, how do I play the video?

If you are not already, try downloading the video via the 3g network. I know that when I get mms messages they will only download through the 3g network and not through a wifi network.

Try enabling the data roaming on your device. Follow the steps below.


1. From the home screen, select Applications.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Wireless & networks.

4. Select Mobile networks.

5. Select Data roaming.
Note Enabled when a green check mark is present.

6. If presented and if agreeable to possible roaming charges, select OK.
