You can, depending on the size. Not sure what the MMS size limit is, but I do know that you do have to set the resolution way down BEFORE you take the video. Then, select the video in your gallery, hit menu then share.

Open messaging and select the person who you want to send a video to and press the menu button. Select attach and choose capture video. It will only record a much as can be sent and the quality is not that bad.
