How do you hook Fasinate to computer

I plugged in phone to PC and it said could not find drivers so what do I do? I want to download video off phone to PC and dont know what steps to take?

seriously, your phone got some issues...

1. connect the cable to your computer.

2. connect the cable to your phone.

3. your computer should recognize it as a mass storage device (open notification panel and press the USB connected, it should appear a window with Mount or Don't Mount)

4. if nothing happens... seriously, take it to your vendor from vzw...

what os are you using?

did you look at samsungs website for the drivers?

whan i connected to my win7 maching it was fine
